Labyrinx (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This statement explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. What We Collect
Website Visitors
When you visit labyrinx-dev.github.io, we collect:
- Anonymous usage analytics via Google Analytics (GA4). This includes pages visited, time on site, referrer URL, browser type, and approximate geographic region (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is collected.
- No cookies for tracking purposes. GA4 uses a privacy-first measurement model that does not rely on third-party cookies.
Software Downloads
When you download Labyrinx from our GitHub releases page:
- GitHub may collect aggregate download counts. We receive only the count, not personal data about who downloaded.
- The Labyrinx software itself does not phone home. No telemetry, no usage tracking, no automatic data transmission.
License Activation
If you purchase a Pro or Enterprise license:
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (a third-party payment processor). We do not receive or store your credit card details.
- We receive your email address and license tier from Lemon Squeezy solely for the purpose of delivering your license key.
- Your license key is verified locally on your machine using HMAC signatures. No online activation check is performed.
Support Communications
If you email us at labyrinx@yahoo.com:
- We use your email address only to respond to your inquiry.
- We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
2. How We Use Information
